    • Continued discussion around issuing fractional token (“green card”) for anyone applying on website; grant 0.025 per hour of work
      • Motion to simplify and structure work based on well-defined projects upon being completed, the contributor will receive a full $CITIZEN - passed
      • Project could be formulated from task board (grants wish list) or form submitted

      • Send prospects to form
      • They need to include referral $CITIZEN #
      • We will send token to that person and address
