We’ve been working on adapting UNA (Unincorporated Nonprofit Association) agreements from the LexDAO folks for KONG Land. This agreement will act to establish KONG Land as an entity that can enter into contractual obligations in the real world, distinct from its members ($CITIZENs).
A couple of key points –
- The UNA will exist under Wyoming law
- $CITIZENs will need to sign a message from their wallet to indicate they agree to be bound by the UNA (and in turn to vote on governance issues)
