### Minutes

- Continued $LAND framework discussion
  - Agreed on launching as an internal community currency, only transferrable between citizens
    - Rationale:
      - Remove speculative pressure
      - Allows us to build value into the token from the ground up
      - Autonomous from other economies, e.g. USD

  - For transparency, we will be communicating more about the $LAND framework and plan for distribution via an upcoming forum post
  - No governance vote is necessary as $LAND creation and distribution [was already approved](https://snapshot.org/#/kong.eth/proposal/0xaa4b88299ce517499c0d0c20eb78ac903a8bc1f1b589980baa370ce9d88312e9) earlier this year
  - Discussed $LAND FAQs
